STEEPLECHASE is a sports comedy loosely based on the true origin story of Steeplechase racing. This is a hilarious bit of horse racing history, and I wanted to capture it as an homage to the steeplechase I met my wife at.
Despite the sweeping landscapes and period setting, I tried to make this story possible on a limited budget. There are only six named characters and only nine total speaking parts.
Comps include THE FAVOURITE, A KNIGHT'S TALE, and EMMA.
